Generative AI and Education Online Course Series – New course addition
We are thrilled to announce the launch of GENAI-004: Enhancing Your Course with Generative AI, the latest addition to our Generative AI and Education online course series.
While many of you may have already experienced the power of conversational chatbots like ChatGPT, the application of AI tools in education extends far beyond that. In this new course, we will explore diverse ways AI can enhance your courses, such as:
- Assisting in course design
- Analyzing student sentiments and responses during live classes
- Generating ideas with students on collaborative boards
- Streamlining the video production workflow
- Creating interactive activities based on presentation slides

GENAI-004 | Enhancing Your Course with Generative AI
Examine how Generative AI tools can enhance course design and content development; identify effective strategies for their setup and use and consider potential limitations and challenges in educational contexts.
Upon successful completion, you will earn micro-credentials in the form of online badges, issued by the Academy of Education Excellence (AEE) at HKUST, a fellowship scheme currently under development by CEI.
