The absence of campus life last year reveals how peer connections impact a student's physical and mental wellbeing, sense of belonging and personal growth. Ripples Fellowship (The Program) aims to tackle this missing piece and unlock the power of peer connection and peer learning. students will be equipped with coaching skills to initiate more coaching conversations to support each other through tough time and co-create projects that will build a supportive community in HKUST.
