Graduate Teaching Assistant Program
University Teaching and Learning (UTL) Program

The University Teaching and Learning (UTL) Program is a mandatory initiative for all new Assistant Professors and Lecturers with teaching duties at the University. It is designed to equip early-career faculty with essential skills in university teaching and learning, forming part of the Academy of Education Excellence's (AEE) micro-credentials.
New Faculty Orientation
The New Faculty Orientation (NFO) is designed to support new faculty and teaching staff as they begin their teaching journey at HKUST. Through two compulsory sessions, participants will gain an understanding of HKUST's educational vision, teaching expectations, and the support available through the Center for Education Innovation (CEI).
