Description: This project aims to utilize experiential learning to help students understand how to navigate the division of labor in the age of generative AI. This will first be addressed through an experiential negotiation exercise that will enhance students understanding of where generative AI can be used to help negotiate effectively, where Generative AI may lead to worse outcomes, and how to use GenAI to solve complex problems which require from critical thinking. The data from this exercise will help inform other cases and experiential exercises for students to better understand best practices for GenAI use.
